Western Plow Parts Return Policy

Thank you for choosing WesternParts.com. In the unlikely event that you need to return a product you have purchased from us, please refer to the following Western plow parts return policy guidelines.

Quick Return Summary:

  • Step 1: Email us at info@westernparts.com to arrange and authorize your return.
  • Step 2: Ship the items back to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt.
  • Step 3: We will credit your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the goods.

Unopened Products

Any unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt and will be given a full refund. Items must be shipped back to us, shipping prepaid, using any shipment method that you prefer. Products which were shipped to you using Free Shipping, UPS Ground, UPS Sure Post, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air, will have the actual shipping costs incurred by us deducted from the total return amount.

Opened Products

Any products that have been opened, but are still unused, may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided you still have the original packaging. These products are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee which covers our costs to bring these products back to a retail saleable condition. Items must be shipped back to us, shipping prepaid, using any shipment method that you prefer. Products which were shipped to you using “Free Shipping” will have the actual shipping costs incurred by us deducted from the total return amount.

Engine-powered products cannot be returned once they have been fueled or oiled due to Federal Shipping Regulations. Any issues should be referred to an authorized service dealer for necessary repairs if required.

Installed Items

  • Any item, whether a complete unit or a part, cannot be returned once it has been installed. Any damage due to improper installation is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or the installer. If the item is under warranty, a claim may be made with the manufacturer, but any claims due to improper installation will be at the discretion of the manufacturer, not WesternParts.com.

Damaged/Lost During Shipping Products

  • If Lost in Shipment please use your tracking number emailed(check spam folder if you don’t see it) to you when your product shipped to Track HERE> UPS Tracking
  • If delayed for over 4 days at one location you can file a Lost in Shipment Claim with UPS HERE> Create a Claim

If there is ANY damage to your package merchandise you will need to keep the package and take clear pictures to file for replacement. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to replace your goods.

  1. Keep the box and any packing used for UPS to inspect if needed
  2. Take a picture of the label.
  3. Take pictures of all sides of the package
  4. Take pictures of the condition of goods received
  5. File with UPS HERE> Create a Claim
  6. Contact US info@westernparts.com or by responding to your order confirmation email with the pictures and claim number
  7. We will then work with you and UPS to resolve the issue.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect goods received via Freight Shipment before you sign the delivery receipt from the shipping carrier.

  • If you sign the receipt without inspecting the shipment, you will be responsible for attempting to mediate damages with the freight carrier. If damage is suspected, but not verifiable until the package is opened, note the possible damage in detail on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This makes mediating damages found later much easier. If the product is obviously damaged, REFUSE delivery and contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement shipment.

Defective Products and Order Errors

Please test your product within 15 days of receipt to verify it’s functional. If there are any problems, please contact us and we’ll gladly troubleshoot in any way we can, or facilitate a replacement under our Western plow parts return policy guidelines.

Any issues with your order, such as incorrect quantities, missing items, or wrong parts, must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. We may be unable to assist with errors reported after this time frame.
