We are open Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Closed on Holidays. Please leave a message, if we do not answer we may be on the phone or away from the desk. Phone and email support may be delayed during snow events due to increased volume. Thank you!
Shipment Processing
- All orders typically take 1-2 Business Days to process before shipping(meaning not including weekends as we are closed). During snow events It may take 3-4 days to process based of volume.
- We try our best to prioritize expedited options, but processing times still apply. Expedited shipping options do NOT affect processing or backorder timeframes.
- Weekend/Holiday orders will not be processed until the following work day.
- Any parts that are not in stock on backorder will typically ship within 5-7 business days.
- UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes so please include a deliverable physical “Ship To” address when possible. We do ship US Postal Service if needed.
Shipping Rates
- At WesternParts.com we offer Free Shipping on most parts orders over $199.00*.
- Large Heavy items like Complete Plows, Salt Spreaders, Mounts, Frames, and Cutting Edges do NOT qualify for Free Shipping due to their excessive weight*.
- Freight and Ground shipping is calculated at checkout for all Complete Plow, Salt Spreader, Mounts and Cutting Edge purchases.
- You must proceed to checkout and fill in your information to see your shipping options and cost.
- You may have to enter a “Ship To” address to see additional shipping options.
- Free* Shipping is to the lower 48 US states. (Excluding CA)
Expedited Shipping – UPS Next Day Air / Second Day Air
- We try to prioritize expedited options but processing times still apply. Expedited shipping options do NOT affect processing or backorder timeframes.
- UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air are NOT Guaranteed by UPS IF: Residential pickup or delivery, Shipments to B3 service points, acts of God, Weather Conditions, or any cause beyond UPS’s control.
Problems
- Cutting edges are shipped separate from their Bolt Bags. It is common for them to arrive separately and on different days.
- Any issues with your order, such as incorrect quantities, missing items, or wrong parts, must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
- We may be unable to assist with errors reported after this time frame.
- Parts should arrive within 2-3 days of each other if separated.
Damaged/Lost During Shipping Products
- If Lost in Shipment please use your tracking number emailed(check spam folder if you don’t see it) to you when your product shipped to Track HERE> UPS Tracking
- If delayed for over 4 days at one location you can file a Lost in Shipment Claim with UPS HERE> Create a Claim
If there is ANY damage to your package merchandise you will need to keep the package and take clear pictures to file for replacement. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to replace your goods.
- Keep the box and any packing used for UPS to inspect if needed
- Take a picture of the label.
- Take pictures of all sides of the package
- Take pictures of the condition of goods received
- File with UPS HERE> Create a Claim
- Contact US info@westernparts.com or by responding to your order confirmation email with the pictures and claim number
- We will then work with you and UPS to resolve the issue
Exclusions
- *Shipping for our products is not available to the State of California due to restrictions pertaining to Proposition 65. The legal requirements are such that it is not feasible for our business to take on this risk/liability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- *We do not ship to Alaska or Canada due to rising shipping costs.

Sales Tax Policy
Western Parts collects sales tax only for orders shipped within our home state of Michigan. If you are located in Michigan and qualify for tax exemption, please note the following process:
- First Order: Your first order will automatically include sales tax.
- Submit Tax Exemption Form: Email your tax exemption form to orders@westernparts.com after placing your first order.
- Refund for Tax: Once we verify your exemption status, we will issue a refund for the sales tax charged on your first order.
- Future Orders: After your account is updated with your tax-exempt status, all subsequent orders will not have sales tax applied.
